He came same day! And even earlier than planned which was great. Found the problem with our tub and got it done as soon as possible. Fair pricing and offered to come back if we ever needed it.

Mitch did an excellent job. The floor drain and laundry drain were plugged up and the water was backing up onto the cellar floor. I called Mitch one afternoon and he was returning from another job and came to my house. He opened the drain and he cleaned up after himself. I thought the cost was reasonable. I could not be more pleased. He is courteous and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him very highly and will use his plumbing services in the future.

We have now used Mitch from Trappers 4 times (two different houses), and he was excellent every time with very reasonable prices. Each time he promptly answered our calls and was able to fix the issue within 24 hours of calling. He also gives helpful tips to prevent future problems and has even taught me how to do some of the work myself with no extra charge. The best part is my dog is absolutely obsessed with him, and he never gets annoyed when she refuses to leave his side while fixing the issues. It could also be the milkbones he always keeps in his pocket for her ; )

I have used Trappers Plumbing & Drain on several occasions and I've always been happy with his service. Recently, I needed a new water heater right away. Mitch was able to come out and take care of it, from removal of the old heater to pick up and installation of the new one, in less than a day.

I found this business after searching on Google. I called Mitch at night and he was more than helpful. I could tell that he really cared. That's something you don't experience often. He scheduled me in as his first customer the next morning. He called exactly when he said he would and arrived promptly. I had a leak in my bathroom and Mitch not only fixed it, but he saved me $200. I appreciated his honesty and advice. I highly recommend Trapper's if and whenever you need plumbing work done. I had 2 seperate issues, my storm drains were clogged causing my basement to leak & my laundry tub was not draining properly. After searching online, I found Trappers. They had the absolute best reviews I've ever seen for any company or product I've ever researched. It was a no brainer and he did not disappoint. I called Mitch he came within the hour. He quoted a fair price. It was a tough job but he was patient and professional and there was no additional charge. He also did a proper clean up when he was done and his work is guaranteed for 60 days. I would absolutely refer him to others as well as call him again myself should the need arise. Thank you Mitch!

Mitch was awesome !! He was on time, professional, courteous and very respectful of my home and my concerns. My daughter just bought this house and he helped first with the outside drains and then helped me over the phone with the sump pump. After doing several check outs over the phone, he immediately said that he would come over on a Saturday morning to look at the sump pump and replace if necessary. They’re the best! My husband called this morning after our basement flooded and they were able to get here by 10:00 am. Mitch is the nicest guy and was great about explaining the issue / taking care of it promptly. Bonus- he was so wonderful with our dog (even though she barked the whole time) and price is reasonable!

I called early this morning and got an immediate response. He was out here first thing and was very friendly. Not only did he clear the drain but he also cleaned up after. Made the initial call about 2:30; Mitch showed up within 39 minutes, and was gone by 5. Did a very thorough job of cable-snaking the drain, making several passes to be sure all the roots were clear. Didn't make a mess, very pleasant customer service. Excellent value for the money. Recommend highly
